Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your aprivate account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original designer box with all tags attached and include the printed return slip provided in your email.

  Ship with Ease

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
